TSA Meeting - U.S. and Canada

AUDIENCE: Members of the TSA Program (U.S. and Canada) and Distributor Technical Personnel

MEETING DESCRIPTION

In-depth seminars that will focus on product enhancements to the ICP product line
Update on TSA communication tools as well as issue resolutions
Regional roundtables will also be held

TESTING
NATE testing and TSA-level testing will be available according to the agenda below. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, TWO TESTING SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE. Registration for testing must be made through the online meeting registration process.

NATE participants must be ready to take the NATE test beginning at EXACTLY the time indicated. Anyone arriving after the listed start time will NOT be allowed into the testing room.

$143.00 per night plus taxes.

Reservations will be made when participant registers online. DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY REGARDING RESERVATION.

Participants will be responsible for all room, tax and incidental charges. Travel and hotel expenses for ICP meetings may be submitted for co-op credit under the 2008 General Marketing Funds.

A valid photo ID and credit card must be presented upon hotel check-in. Check-in at the hotel is 3:00 pm and checkout is 12:00 noon.

HOTEL PENALTIES
Please note that attendee is subject to an early checkout fee for half the room rate if he/she departs prior to departure date verified at check-in.

One night’s room and tax will be charged to credit card if attendee does not show up for confirmed reservation or cancels within 24 hours of arrival date.

TRAVEL PLANS

If attendee is taking tests, plan travel accordingly. Remember, NATE participants must be ready to take the NATE test beginning at EXACTLY the time indicated. Anyone arriving after the listed start time will NOT be allowed into the testing room.
If not testing: Arrive at the hotel on Monday, October 13 in time to register and attend our Welcome Reception at 6:00 pm. Depart the hotel on Wednesday, October 15 after 12:30 pm.
