MEETING DESCRIPTION
ICP will be hosting one MAP meeting in Nashville and have scheduled it in conjunction with Front Line to make it easy for MAP members to attend both.
Front Line will provide an overview of programs and a special MAP-only session, as well as an update of changes to ICP’s product line — vital information to anyone who handles marketing for a distributorship.
The MAP Meeting on October 8th will go into greater detail with hands-on training and discussion of future marketing programs.
It’s three days of comprehensive information and time with ICP marketing personnel to help jump start 2009 planning.

Reservations will be made when participant registers online. DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY REGARDING RESERVATION.
Participants will be responsible for all room, tax and incidental charges. Travel and hotel expenses for ICP meetings may be submitted for co-op credit under the 2008 General Marketing Funds.
A valid photo ID and credit card must be presented upon hotel check-in. Check-in at the hotel is 3:00 pm and checkout is 12:00 noon.
HOTEL PENALTIES
Please note that attendee is subject to an early checkout fee for half the room rate if he/she departs prior to the departure date you verified at check-in.
One night’s room and tax will be charged to credit card if attendee does not show up for confirmed reservation or cancels within 24 hours of arrival date.
TRAVEL PLANS
Comfortmaker®, Day & Night™ and Heil® MAP Members
Arrive at the hotel on Monday, October 6 in time to register for Front Line and attend our casual reception from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Depart the hotel at your leisure
on Thursday, October 9.
Arcoaire® and Tempstar® MAP Members
Arrive at the hotel on Wednesday, October 8 in time to register for the MAP Meeting and have lunch at 12:30 pm. Depart the hotel after 12:30 pm on Friday, October 10
after Front Line.
TRANSPORTATION
The Sheraton Music City offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the Nashville Airport. It arrives at the airport on the hour and the half-hour.
At 4:30 pm, the shuttle service changes to “on call” which means the shuttle will transport/pick-up guests to/from the airport as soon as notified. Go to Baggage Claim Area to retrieve luggage, proceed to the phone bank, press button #46 to arrange for shuttle pick-up and go down one level to Airport Shuttle pick-up.
