Reservations will be made when participant registers online. DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL DIRECTLY REGARDING RESERVATION.
Participants will be responsible for all room, tax and incidental charges. Travel and hotel expenses for ICP meetings may be submitted for co-op credit under the 2008 General Marketing Funds.
A valid photo ID and credit card must be presented upon hotel check-in. Check-in at the hotel is 3:00 pm and checkout is 12:00 noon.
HOTEL PENALTIES
Individual reservations need to be cancelled, via the online process, 72-hours prior to arrival date to avoid a penalty.
One night’s room and tax will be charged to credit card if attendee does not show up for confirmed reservation.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE INFORMATION
Arrive in Nashville at the hotel on Tuesday, August 19 in time to register and attend the General Session, which begins at 3:00 pm. Depart at leisure on Wednesday, August 20. A buffet breakfast will be available from 6:30 – 9:00 am.
ALL PERSONS TRAVELING BY AIR BETWEEN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA ARE NOW REQUIRED TO PRESENT A VALID PASSPORT.
