The Principals Meeting will be different than any other webcast you have experienced previously with ICP. To bring you the highest quality audio and streaming video, we are using a vendor who specializes in these types of events. Therefore, it is important that you take a moment and follow the steps below to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience on the day of the meeting.
Prior to August 25
We recommend you test your system in advance of the webcast, have speakers available to hear the audio through your PC and turn off your pop-up blocker. Please note: unlike other ICP webcasts, the audio portion will not be transmitted via telephone and will require that you have your computer speakers connected and on.

Prior to the Meetings - First time AT&T Web Meeting Attendees
If you have not previously participated on a web meeting using AT&T on the computer you will use for the meeting, you will need to download the Meeting Manager. It is recommended that you do so prior to the meeting day as it will take a few minutes to download.
Go to www.webmeeting.att.com, click on the Downloads button and follow the prompts.

Use the Meeting Number and Code that you received from ICP via email prior to the meeting. You must register for each meeting separately to receive the Meeting Number and Code for each event.
