Audience: Outside sales, inside sales, counter personnel, marketing personnel and customer service representatives
Meeting Description
Front Line 2009 will focus on three key areas: product, marketing and sales training.
– Product
By popular demand, Full Product Overviews (FPOs) will be presented for each major product line. Each FPO will review the product offering, features and benefits, and competitive sales tips for that line. Product line changes planned for the upcoming heating season and the 2010 cooling season also will be covered.
Please note: A review of the oil furnace line will be included at the end of the FPO - Heating session.
Although these sessions are a good review for anyone, they are targeted toward distributor personnel who have minimum to medium range knowledge of, and experience with, ICP products. The information may be slightly basic for personnel who have significant industry experience or long-time exposure to ICP products.
The Product – Future Enhancements session will cover changes, additions and enhancements to the entire ICP product line that occurred within the past six months and are in the planning stages for the upcoming heating season and the 2010 cooling season. Some information will be covered in the FPOs, but this session will summarize all product lines. All distributor personnel, regardless of experience, should participate in this session.
– Marketing
Marketing 1 will cover the latest set of marketing programs and tools to help distributors continue to grow in 2010. The session will highlight the basic communication, dealer support and consumer tools.
Marketing 2 will review several core programs in depth to ensure that distributor sales and marketing personnel have a working knowledge of programs to improve mix and sales.
Sales Training is designed to give sales personnel ideas that they can easily use to grow territory by recruiting and retaining dealers.
ICP’s product marketing, sales and marketing teams will present all sessions so that participants can learn from the team members who develop and sell the products, or create and administer the marketing programs. The same presenters will be available for questions and answers after each session.
All sessions will be presented by brand so please choose your primary ICP brand when registering. Space is limited so register early. If you cannot participate in your primary brand's session, you may choose another brand; just be aware that the presentation you choose will reflect that brand. Each participant should register only once per topic. The sessions will be less than 75 minutes in length to minimize time investment but maximize learning.
