OUR DISTRIBUTORS

The current projected timeframe to launch the Verify Online Warranty System is Q1 2011.  

In the communication tools we are using to launch the program - including the presentation during Victory Tour - we are focusing on the new Warranty Claim Form and the ability to access model and serial number information online.  

Per your comments, we are not covering the ability for dealers to process claims online.  We do, however, briefly mention that it may be a future possibility.

Register Your Dealers TODAY!

► Make sure your dealers are registered before the
    new system goes live in early 2011.  Once live,
    there will be no access to the old system.
► Use dealer account number to avoid repetitive
    entering of dealer information
► Distributor can use existing dealer account number
► Allows dealer to view online warranty coverage
    information
► If labor is being claimed, dealer MUST be
     registered in order to receive reimbursement
► Will allow dealers to use future mobile applications

Warranty Information
Timely registration required for 10 year parts limited warranty and heat exchanger lifetime limited warranty. Limited warranty period is 5 years for parts and 20 years for heat exchanger if not registered within 90 days of installation. Jurisdictions where warranty benefits cannot be conditioned on registration will receive the registered limited warranty periods.
